We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your product.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at jib.clothing11@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Items on sale are non-refundable.
