Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping times:
- EU: 2–6 business days
- USA/Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for customs duties or delays caused by carriers.

**Pre-Order Shipping**

If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page. Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items may be held and shipped together unless stated otherwise.
