Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- No signs of wear, washing, or damage
Exclusive Design Products
Our exclusive design T-shirts are produced specifically for your order and are therefore final sale.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of:
- Production errors
- Shipping damage
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval status.
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are not refunded
- Customers pay return shipping costs
- Orders shipped free of charge do not receive a refund of shipping value
Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order
Pre-orders and made-to-order products are produced specifically for you.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Claims can only be made after delivery
- No claims during production or shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos plus your order number.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Exclusive design T-shirts
- Digital products

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.
